I was very apprehensive about going to a dealer seeing I've always bought privately. Came across an amazing deal on a Honda and drove down to Hamilton and checked it out. The lot was kind of small but all the cars were in superb condition. Adam put me at ease with no pressure and let me decide if the car was right for me. After giving me so many assurances , I could not refuse this amazing deal. He had the car plated and ready to go for me the next day on a Sat long weekend. This guy goes extremely out of his way for you to be 100% satisfied. Not only did he throw in an extended warranty in the deal but he threw in a nice set of Hankook tires after I complained about the noise the old ones were making on the road. Adam is definitely a man of integrity and true to his word. He made the whole nerve wracking experience of buying a used car a very simple and pleasant one. I would recommend anyone to this place that wants a quality vehicle at a great price with no hidden fees and without the fear of getting stuck with a lemon. The car that caught our eye and was for $500 less than one we had already put a deposit on else where. Then we ventured out from London to Hamilton to check out this car at Rim Ram auto sales before we closed the deal. Turns out this car was 1 year newer, higher trim level. 50,000 less km. Honest and Excellent Service !!! I have never posted a review let alone a positive one. But Kamal and Rim Ram Auto Sales deserve this recognition. I purchased a 2007 Lexus RX350 last March and was it ever a positive experience. Not only was the price cheapest in Auto Trader but the condition was excellent as attested by my mechanic. Bought a used Corolla for the wife. Car was in good shape, good price, i drove an hour to go see it. There was an noise that occurred a couple weeks after purchase, these guys fixed it no questions asked. They are very honest and stand behind what they sell. I highly recommend you go to Kamal for your next car purchase. Last year, my dad and I travelled to Hamilton from Windsor to check out a car. Kamal was very honest and helpful.
